The University Library is well-stocked and features a wide range of collections. It currently has about 30,178 volumes, as well as national and international magazines and periodicals in Hindi, English, and Assamese. It also has subscriptions to fifteen local and national daily. It also boasts a vast library of encyclopedias covering a variety of topics. Additionally, a Xerox machine is situated inside the library's walls for the convenience of patrons. Through OPAC, the library has already provided its patrons with the ability to search books. "Koha Integrated Library Management Software" has also been used to introduce college students and professors to the concept of circulation, or the borrowing of books.
The library now has a UGC networking center available for use by academics. For the advantage of teachers and students, the library offers a pertinent area with internet access. Several electronic journals and books are subscribed to by the University Library from the JSTOR, MANUPATRA, and DELNET which is the National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly material.
